[PyXMPP] Request: Upgrade Cherokee to 1.0.14+

Thanks for the quick upgrade.  I did come across your patch on google
code when trying to solve this issue.

Regarding the remaining problems, I don't know what you were testing,
but my code import finished cleanly.
