[PyXMPP] PyXMPP 1.0.1 released

Hello,

After more than three years since the last release I decided to make a
new one. I did not plan to make a new release until the 'new' API
improvements are finished. But I have been doing nothing to finish that
and in the meantime a few small bugfixes and improvements were
introduced.

So, here it is, PyXMPP 1.0.1:

It includes some improvements since last release: mostly bugfixes
and compatibility improvements with newer Python or libraries (1.0.0 is
quite unusable in current systems). Nothing special, just to have a
somewhat current and working PyXMPP release.

Please note that there are some incompatible API changes, most of them
described in the CHANGES file.
